What is the MOQ for custom packaging?
At Dylign, you can start every product from as low as 100 units so you can test before scaling up.
What happens after I place my order?
We review your artwork, send a digital proof for approval within 48 hours, then move into production and ship with tracking.
How long will production take?
Our standard production time is 12 business days after you approve your proof. Standard shipping typically takes ~30 days after production is completed.

What sustainable or recyclable materials do you offer for packaging?
We offer a range of sustainable materials depending on the product. For pouches, you can choose compostable paper + PLA, a fully biodegradable option for short-shelf-life dry goods; recyclable mono-material PE, which may include optional VMPE or EVOH-PE barrier layers. For mailer boxes, we use eco-efficient E-Flute board with SBS or Kraft liners, and for folding cartons we offer premium SBS paperboard, a smooth, print-friendly material widely used in recyclable retail packaging.
What artwork and file requirements do you need?
We accept editable vector artwork files such as .AI, .CDR, or high-resolution PDFs. Please ensure your file is 300 DPI, in CMYK color mode, with all fonts outlined and images embedded. The maximum file size we can accept is 10 MB.
Do you offer color matching services?
We can match colors using a physical sample. Digital on-screen colors may vary, so please send us a sample of your desired color (such as previous packaging) for reference.
Can I cancel my order or change my artwork?
Yes. You can cancel anytime before approving your proof by emailing [email protected] and include your order number. However, once the proof is approved, your order enters production and no further changes or cancellations can be made.
Can I return my order after receiving it?
Since all custom products are made specifically for your brand, we cannot accept returns once the order is delivered. If there is any quality issue or damage upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it promptly.
